11. Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that websites visited by a user send to their terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored before being retransmitted by the same websites the next time the same user visits them. These cookies can be divided into so-called “technical cookies,” strictly connected to the functionality of the website that sends them and used, for example, to perform IT authentication, monitor sessions, and store specific information regarding users accessing the server. They also include so-called “profiling cookies,” used to create user profiles in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the Internet.

Finally, while browsing a website, a user may also receive cookies from different websites or web servers (so-called “third-party” cookies) on their terminal. This happens because the visited site may contain elements such as images, maps, sounds, or specific links to web pages on other domains, which reside on servers other than the one hosting the requested page. In other words, “third-party” cookies are those set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting.

Below, we specify the types of cookies used by the Site and, where applicable, the appropriate methods so that you can easily choose whether and how your personal data will be processed using this type of technology.

We use technical cookies

This site uses so-called “technical cookies,” which are small text files containing a certain amount of information exchanged between the Site and your terminal (or, more specifically, your terminal’s browser), which enable the proper functioning and use of the site.

We use analytical cookies

This site only uses so-called “analytical cookies,” created and made available by Google Analytics. This is done purely for internal statistical analysis of access, to improve the Site and simplify its use, as well as to monitor its correct functioning. These cookies have been set by us in anonymized form, to minimize the possibility of identifying you by Google or other third parties. The data generated by Google Analytics is stored by Google, as indicated in its own cookie policy. As the independent data controller for the Google Analytics service, Google Inc. provides its own privacy policy. Users can selectively disable Google Analytics by installing the opt-out browser add-on provided by Google. To disable Google Analytics, please refer to the following link: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites?hl=it.

Third-Party Cookies

In addition to the analytical cookies created and made available by Google Analytics, as mentioned above, this site also uses “widgets,” which are graphical user interface components of third-party programs, to improve navigation and information sharing. The site uses only YouTube widgets. If the user voluntarily decides to use them, the widget will send one or more cookies on behalf of the chosen platform. The Data Controller has no control over the content and data processing methods of these widgets. Therefore, we invite you to consult Google Inc.’s Privacy Policy for the YouTube platform to learn about how Google Inc. processes your personal data.

We do not use profiling cookies.

Options regarding the use of cookies by the site via browser settings

The provision of all cookies can be disabled by changing your browser settings. It should be noted, however, that modifying these settings could render the Site unusable if you block the cookies essential for providing our Towing Services. In any case, each browser has different settings for disabling cookies, and below are links to instructions for the most common browsers: Apple Safari; Google Chrome; Microsoft Internet Explorer-Edge; Mozilla Firefox.

Thank you for reading this policy, which we have tried to make clear and transparent.
